Evan Reinhardt, Executive Director

Evan Reinhardt joins IAHHC from the Indiana Council of Community Mental Health Centers where he spent the last three and a half years as Director of Member Services. In that role he served and protected the interests of Community Mental Health Centers in the Indiana General Assembly as well as with the various administrative and regulatory bodies overseeing the provision of mental health services. In addition, Evan played a primary role in ICCMHC's data collection efforts, acted as liaison to all ICCMHC committees and assisted in managing the day to day operations of that statewide association. Prior to his work with the ICCMHC, Evan held previous positions in home care with Maxim Healthcare and behavioral health with Gallahue Mental Health Center. Evan received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Butler University and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Indianapolis.  He will begin work towards his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in the Fall of 2012.

     
                                     

Tori Raderstorf, Communications and Event Coordinator 

Tori Raderstorf received her Bachelors of Science in Hospitality and Food Management from Ball State University. She has held previous positions with FORUM Conference and Events Center, Vision Event Management, and BCforward. In her current position, she designs the iWeekly, iAHHC Home Care Law, e-mail blasts, maintains the annual member directory, website, and social media. She is also responsible for planning all educational programming throughout the year, including the Association’s Annual Conference.

 

   

 

Beth Schoenfeld, RN, MSN, Program Coordinator 

Beth Schoenfeld is a registered nurse and received her Bachelors of Nursing from DePauw University and a Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Evansville. She works as the only employee of the Indiana Home and Hospice Care Foundation. Her primary initiative has been the development of the Indiana Home Care Workforce Training. The training provides certification for Homemakers, Personal Care Assistants and Home Health Aides. The curriculum developed in the training program is currently being utilized in agencies throughout the state. 

 

 


 

Michelle Stein-Ordonez, Membership Services Director

Michelle Stein-Ordonez received her Bachelors of Social Work from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis. She is a licensed social worker in the State of Indiana. She worked at Family Social Services Administration (FSSA) for twenty years in several capacities. Michelle started at FSSA as a Disability Examiner for Social Security Disability within the Division of Disability, Aging & Rehabilitative Services. She was the policy analyst for the Medicaid hospice benefit since 1998 and the policy analyst for the Medicaid home health program since 2004. In her position at IAHHC, Michelle is responsible for membership services and working with members on Medicaid reimbursement issues.

     
     

Cynthia (Cindi) Wessel, BSN, RN, Home Health and Hospice Resource Director

Cindi is a graduate of Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Evansville, Indiana receiving a Diploma in Nursing. Cindi also holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Cindi has worked in Home Health and Hospice  for most of her professional career. She has been able to work in several capacities over a long tenure with the same agency. This includes providing home health care to patients in the agency's rural coverage area, expanding the agency's coverage area to additional counties within Indiana, and the opening of services in  two additional states. Cindi  also participated in the planning and implementation team for the additional services of Hospice. During this time she actively participated in the planning, development, and opening  a free standing seven (7) bed Hospice inpatient unit.
