Evan Reinhardt, Executive Director

​Evan Reinhardt serves as the Executive Director for the Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care.  A member of the IAHHC team since 2012, Evan oversees the day-to-day operations and financial health of the association, manages IAHHC lobbying and advocacy efforts, provides regulatory guidance and support to members, and supports the IAHHC team working on behalf of Home Health, Hospice, and Personal Services Agencies in Indiana.  Evan received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Butler University, Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Indianapolis, and Doctor of Jurisprudence at from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

Tori Gumino, Communications & Event Director

Tori Gumino received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Food Management from Ball State University. Tori has been a member of the IAHHC team since 2016. In her role she designs the iWeekly Newsletter, e-mail blasts, helps members with their RCTC access, maintains the member directory, and website. She is also responsible for planning all educational programming throughout the year, including the Association’s Annual Conference. Hannah Lavin, Senior Workforce Development Consultant

Hannah Lavin is a Senior Workforce Development Consultant with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential. Originally from Chicago, she now resides in Culver, Indiana. Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Purdue University and holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from Arizona State University. She also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Social & Behavioral Sciences Department at Joliet Junior College. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys cheering on the Fighting Irish, traveling to new cities, and boating on Lake Maxinkuckee.

Katie Ociepka, Director of Development 

Katie Ociepka received her Bachelors of Science Degree from Indiana University. She has held previous positions with The Indianapolis Art Center, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Entercom Communications.  In her current role, she is responsible for raising funds at the IAHHC through sponsorship, advertising, membership, etc. to further the IAHHC mission and allow Hoosiers to remain independent in their homes.  If you are interested in supporting IAHHC please contact Katie today at katie2@iahhc.org!

Leslie Rowley, Director of Membership Services 

Leslie received a Bachelors Degree in Community Health Education from Utah State University and has spent her career in both the Corporate and Non-profit sectors.  She evaluated the government program SNAP-ED for the State of Utah and was a Business Office Manager for an Assisted Living Community.  Leslie started with IAHHC coordinating the Childcare Grant, helping our agencies provide childcare assistance to their employees.  She is now the Director of Membership Services.  Leslie manages invoicing and membership renewals.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions at leslie@iahhc.org.

Michelle Stein-Ordonez, Director of Reimbursement and Payor Relations

Michelle Stein-Ordonez received her Bachelors of Social Work from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis. She is a licensed social worker in the State of Indiana.  She worked at Family Social Services Administration (FSSA) for twenty years in several capacities. Michelle started at FSSA as a Disability Examiner for Social Security Disability within the Division of Disability, Aging & Rehabilitative Services. She served as a policy analyst within the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) for the Medicaid hospice benefit since 1998 and the policy analyst for the Medicaid home health program since 2004. In her position at IAHHC, Michelle is responsible for working with members on Medicaid reimbursement issues that members experience within FSSA, Gainwell Technologies or with the Medicaid managed care entities (MCEs).

Wendi Tingley, Home and Hospice Care Resource Director

Wendi Tingley is a Registered Nurse. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Wabash Valley College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Nursing-Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.  Wendi has worked in Home Health Care and Hospice with the same agency for 15 years. She held multiple positions in the agency starting as a home hospice nurse and most recently the Director of Clinical Services for Deaconess Home Health. She has worked with home hospice as well as inpatient hospice. She had the opportunity to be a part of opening a state of the art 7 bed inpatient hospice unit in 2017 for Deaconess Hospice. The agency went through four joint ventures during her tenure. She saw the company through two major joint ventures including new EMR’s, process and policy changes.
